Case from James Gunter from Hillside Commerce limited.

Case story involving Emir Limam from The Hague Netherlands.

Emir Limam Trades as E11 nutrition & supplements B.V or nutrition & supplements B.V also E11 Group B.V. and E11 Trading B.V. We have just come across a new company that Emir Limam is now trading as which is T- Mark s.r.o registered in Slovakia.

Where were introduced to Emir Limam of E11 Nutrition & Supplements through a broker back in January 2023 for the supply of some Flowflex Covid Tests, the shipment arrived although late and we noticed we were short and Emir promised to send rest of the good which he did eventually and that order was all cleared up.

On the same day as the order of the flowflex we had customers lined up for some wholesale quantities of Strep A tests, and Emir Limam had told my broker he had these tests in stock in the UK ready to deliver. So we placed an order for 10,000 test kits and paid instantly on Wednesday 11th January 2023. we were told as soon as the payment hit E11 account (few days as it was an intentional payment) the tests would be delivered which was perfect. I had confirmation that payment hit the account of E11 on Friday 13th January. I was then asked if they could deliver the test kits on the Saturday the 14th which I agreed to open the warehouse and take delivery myself, if I was given a hours notice.

I was then told Saturday that it wasn’t possible to make delivery and to be ready to take delivery Monday morning, which we accepted. Monday Morning I was then told delivery would arrive with me that day between 1pm and 4pm. The delivery did not show, I had customers waiting for stock, that were now starting to worry a little as I had kept promising the stock and failing to deliver on our promise.

Tuesday 17th I advised that delivery was required by 3:30 that day.

Tuesday 17th 16:48 pm we requested to cancel the order and we would take a full refund as we were now losing customers. We agreed to either a full refund or a swap for Flowflex tests to the same value.

Wednesday 18th morning we asked if they were going to refund us or replace with the flowflex tests. Delivery of the Strep A Tests was then attempted on this day in the afternoon and we had to turn the delivery away as we had lost our customers.

We were then advised the tests had to be sold to a new client and then we would be refunded our money for the cancelled order.

Then we were offered Flowflex stock as reimbursement and this never materialised.

Then we were offered 2 trucks of Clinell wipes as reimbursement and failed promise after promise this went on for about 2 months and then they said it won’t happen.

Emir / E11 are just dragging the whole thing out and its just lie and lie and broken promise after broken promise. We have also been in contact with several other people who had had similar issues as the above with Emir Limam and one of his companies (he seems to have many).

We are now working on building a fraud case against Emir Limam and if anyone has any further info on other cases etc please do email James Gunter james@hillsidecommerce.co.uk

Case from Adil Munir from AMM Diagnostics Limited.

AMM Diagnostics purchased 120,000 lateral flow test kits from E11 Trading in December 2022.
They were promised to arrive in 5 days from Netherlands to the UK.
For the deal to go ahead payment had to be upfront which was made.
A delivery did not arrive until two weeks later with very patchy communication and many broken promises along the way. At different points AMM Diagnostics were told ‘the stock is coming today, it is en route as we speak from the port, what time do you close, please provide your warehouse manager’s number so we can liaise with them’ to give the impression it was coming on that day.
AMM Diagnostics had many frustrated customers waiting for the stock, some deals were cancelled and some customers were very annoyed with irreparable reputational damage.
This pattern repeated for two weeks, eventually something came in unexpectedly except that only 90,000 kits were delivered.
30,000 kits were held back. This seems like a trademark move based on other European customers’ experience of E11 Trading.
AMM Diagnostics were then told by E11 Trading that the other 30,000 will now be sent from Netherlands.
However again nothing materialized for a number of weeks.
There was very poor communication during this time, not responding to phone calls, whatsapp messages.
Eventually there was some dialogue again – now AMM Diagnostics were told that E11 Trading had paid import VAT on the goods so they wanted import VAT to be paid to cover this before they could deliver the remaining 30,000 kits.
AMM Diagnostics spoke to a VAT specialist and then the import VAT team at the UK HMRC and quickly found out what it already knew; that the import VAT liability was on AMM Diagnostics as the importer and had been assigned to AMM Diagnostics.
This was proved to E11 Trading, and since then dialogue has been little and patchy particularly when AMM Diagnostics is owed 30,000 lateral flow test kits.
What should have been a simple delivery of 120,000 kits has been drawn out and unresolved.
The value of the kits has dropped massively and even if the remaining 30,000 kits are delivered they are currently worth less than a third of the value of what they were at the time of purchase.
